Who we are
This website is run by The Nose Agency ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Questions about your data: thenose.agency@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your company name if you add it, and the services you tick. We also record the page you sent it from and the time it was sent. We do not ask for any special categories of data, so please do not include them in your message.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use these details only to answer your enquiry and, if you want to work with us, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives it
Form messages are delivered to our email inbox (Google Workspace / Gmail) and a notification is sent to our team chat on Telegram. The website is served by our hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they become part of a client relationship, in which case the retention rules for contracts and accounting apply.
Cookies and analytics
The site stores two small notes in your browser: one so the opening nose screen shows only on your first visit, and one that remembers your cookie choice. Neither contains personal data.
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to understand how visitors find and use the site: pages viewed, device type, approximate location and similar statistics. It runs only after you press "Accept" in the cookie banner; the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga that last up to 2 years. You can change your choice at any time under "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to thenose.agency@gmail.com and we will answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
